OmniHabit Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

OmniHabit is a personal-use application operated by Kevin Wolfrom for his own habits, tasks, and calendar sync. It is not offered as a multi-tenant product to the public.

Who this covers

This policy describes how OmniHabit handles data for the single personal account that uses the app.

Data we store

How Google Calendar data is used

When Calendar access is granted, OmniHabit uses it only to sync the owner’s own OmniHabit tasks with the owner’s own Google Calendar (create, update, or remove the corresponding personal events). Calendar data is not sold, not advertised against, and not shared with other users, bots outside the owner’s own automation, or other third parties, except Google as required to provide the Calendar API.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Service providers that host the app (for example the cloud server and database) may process data solely to run OmniHabit for the owner.

Retention

Data is kept while the personal account remains in use. Google Calendar access can be disconnected at any time in Google Account permissions; OmniHabit will then stop using Calendar and can delete stored Calendar tokens.
